ISES Invites you to Seattle in 2012
Welcome to the official web site for the 2012 annual meeting of ISES. We will be adding information about the meeting to this site as it becomes available. Please check back to see how we are progressing. At this point we have a location, a Program Committee and a theme.
The location will be the Westin Seattle http://www.westinseattle.com/, which is very conveniently located in the downtown area and can be reached from the airport by light rail http://www.soundtransit.org/Schedules/Central-Link-light-rail.xml. Additional information about Seattle can be found at the Convention and Visitor's Bureau site http://www.visitseattle.org/Visitors/Home.aspx.
Our Program Committee is comprised of distinguished individuals from academia, government agencies and the private sector in North America, the Pacific Rim and Europe. Please feel free to contact members of the committee or the co-chairs if you have suggestions that will contribute to the success of the meeting.
Our theme is Lessons learned: Contributions of Exposure Science to Environmental and Occupational Health. We plan to highlight the value that exposure scientists have brought, and continue to bring to environmental and occupational health policy formulation. In line with that goal we particularly would like to increase the participation of occupational health professionals in 2012. So spread the word to your colleagues.
We hope to see you in Seattle,
